The purpose of the NSA-W is to support the Night Stalker Soldier and his or her family by rendering assistance to members, their widows, and orphans by means of loans and/or gifts, camaraderie, and personal assistance.

The Association also provides members scholarships for pursuit of higher education; provides for gathering and dissemination among the organization and its members; facilitates the patriotic assembly of its members in local and national reunions; and perpetuates the NIGHT STALKER DON'T QUIT spirit and tradition for future generations.

The Night Stalker Association - West Chapter is an established 501(c)(19) nonprofit organization located in the Pacific Northwest at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The parent organization, the Night Stalker Association National Headquarters, is located in Oak Grove, KY.
